6:00 pm---Mandatory State Championship BANQUET at Campbell University Student Union. Each player must attend. Attire for this banquet includes a “Golf Shirt” (shirt with a collar), khaki pants or nice khaki shorts, and nice shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS or TENNIS SHOES ALLOWED! I would rather us over dress than under dress. Dinner is provided at the banquet. ***NO PARENTS AT ORIENTATION OR BANQUET!

What to bring: -Proper clothes for banquet Monday night -Extra money for food -Snacks/drinks (keep in mind our vans have limited space!) -All uniform combinations: gray and white pants, red, white, & blue jerseys, white and blue t-shirts, Post 39 shorts, game socks, red & blue belt, red & blue hats [**IF eliminated, you will turn your team-issued jerseys & belts in after our final game]
-Set of twin size XL sheets and/or blanket/sleeping bag/pillow -Bath towels/washcloths/hand towels -Alarm Clock -Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo, Deodorant, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, etc.) -Shower Shoes -TV for room if desired -gaming unit if desired (Playstation, etc)
-If your parents are going, it is recommended that they take your extra bags for the trip. It will be tight in the vans. If not, please try to limit your “extra” belongings to one bag or small suitcase.
What not to bring: weapons of any kind, drugs, alcohol, tobacco products (including vapes)>>>>>>DISMISSED FROM TOURNAMENT!

- Players and coaches will be given lanyards with their dorm entry card and room key. THE PLAYER WILL OWE $10.00 IF HE LOSES HIS LANYARD OR DOES NOT TURN IT IN AT THE END OF THE TOURNAMENT!
-All players will stay together. Each room in the suite has two double beds. 3-4 players will be in each “suite”. Coaches will assign rooms. Players must stay in the room assigned to them for accountability. -The State Tournament pays for all player-rooms
**Any player that does not represent our Legion Post with acceptable behavior will be sent home and dismissed from the team for the rest of the summer. We expect each player to conduct themselves on and off the field in a manner that will make Post 39 and our community proud. This includes behavior at the dorm.
Meals: Every player and coach has a swipe card with 2 meals per day to use throughout the week. Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. Lunch: 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Dinner: 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. **Bring money for any meals/snacks that you want outside of the provided meals!
OTHER POINTS:
1. As discussed at our Post 39 Orientation meeting in may, our program is using the deposit money in order to help fund this trip for the players. Therefore, players will not receive their deposit money back upon uniform return. This is in lieu of having a fundraiser for our state tournament expenses.
2. In the event that we lose out of the tournament, all players must immediately go back with our team to our rooms. The coaches will collect your team issued uniforms. You must turn in your room keys. Tournament officials must also inspect our rooms to make sure nothing is damaged before anyone is cleared to leave.
